Gillam Fire & Ambulance Service is located in the Town of Gillam which
is is located 740 kilometers
north east of Winnipeg or 140 kilometers south west of Hudson's
Bay in Northern Manitoba. We provide fire protection and emergency
medical services to the Town of Gillam and the surrounding area on the
Nelson River. Currently
we have 23 volunteer paid on-call members on the department.
Members are trained as NFPA standard level 1 firefighters and Emergency
Medical Responders accredited through the Manitoba Emergency Services
College.
